Theme Park Manager

United Enterprise International are looking for an experienced Theme Park Manager for the day to day running of our newly opened, small family owned park in Gabala, Azerbaijan.
One of the key objectives of this new position is to ensure the park is attracting sufficient visitor numbers and achieve consistently high standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all key functions within the park, including the customer experience, marketing, strategic planning and development, the monitoring of health and safety as well as overseeing the park's finances and staff management. This position will be typically 70% park-based and 30% office-based.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and either Turkish and or Russian and will have 7-10 years management experience, preferably with one of the larger international parks. They will ideally have a degree in leisure and recreation management or the equivalent.
They must be looking for a challenge, thrive working under pressure whilst working in a fast, highly competitive environment.
We are looking to pay up to £70,000 plus a relocation package for the right candidate.
